Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms govern access to and use of the Appétit app, available on the App Store.

2. Permitted use

• use the app for personal and lawful purposes;
• do not bypass technical protections;
• do not reproduce or redistribute the app without permission.

3. Apple account and purchases

In-app purchases and entitlement restoration are handled by Apple. Appétit Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.

4. Liability

The publisher uses reasonable efforts to keep the app available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free service. Users remain responsible for imported content and how it is used.

5. Intellectual property

The app’s code, design, content and brand are protected and remain the property of the publisher or their respective rights holders.
