These Sales Terms apply to the lifetime Pro version of the Appétit mobile app, sold through Apple’s App Store. Buying Pro means accepting the current terms published on this website.
Appétit lets users import, organize and cook recipes from websites, text and images. The free version is limited to 3 recipes. Pro unlocks unlimited recipes, iCloud sync and future Pro improvements.
The Pro price is displayed in the App Store at purchase time, including applicable taxes. Transactions are processed by Apple; the publisher does not collect payment card data.
Pro is a lifetime one-time purchase tied to the user’s Apple account. It can be restored from the app on compatible Apple devices.
Refund requests must be made directly to Apple according to Apple’s refund policy. The publisher does not process refunds directly.
Users must comply with applicable law, avoid bypassing protections, avoid reverse engineering and keep Pro access within Apple’s authorized sharing rules.
The publisher provides the service with reasonable care but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app does not replace professional nutrition or medical advice.
The app, brand, texts, icons and designs are protected. Pro grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app.
No payment card data is collected by the publisher. Recipe data is stored locally and may sync via the user’s personal iCloud account if enabled.
Users may uninstall the app at any time. This does not trigger a refund and removes local data from the device. Pro remains restorable through the Apple account.
The publisher is not liable for non-performance caused by unforeseeable events outside reasonable control, including Apple service outages or major network failures.

If any clause is invalid, the other clauses remain in force. The terms may be updated; the applicable version is the one in force at the time of purchase.
